1 Week Left to Save the Cotswolds

The Local Minerals Policy for Gloucestershire County Council is being updated after public consultation.

It is the Government’s  and oil industry’s intention that we, as local people, will be powerless to stop them fracking.The changes will make it easier for fracking companies to obtain planning permission from the local authority. We need to resist this.

The threat is real and urgent. We must ensure that the presumptive bias of the new document is not for, but against fracking.

To object to what they are attempting to do requires as many of us as possible to respond to the consultation before its closing date of 24th November, 2016. This can be done by using the following links:
